Eric
landed his first real job in a Schwinn bicycle shop when he
was 14 years old, and decided he wanted to turn his passion
for bicycles into a career. In 1992, he opened his own small
bike shop in the metro Detroitarea, and it became very successful.
Eric
had always dreamed of relocating to the upper peninsula, and
in 2009,he and his family decied to go for it!
Armed
with 26 years of bicycle experience, Eric helps keep the fleet
of rental bicycles at Keweenaw Adventure Company in perfect
tune, plus takes care of any service issues your personal
bicycle may encounter.
Eric’s
interests include estoring vintage bicycles and motorcycles,
old
school BMX, listening to 1980s hardcore punk music, snowshoeing,
and
hiking with his wife and two children.
