Yoga, Health & Wellness Retreats

Immerse Yourself in a Yoga,
Health or Wellness Retreat!

If you are a yoga or wellness practitioner looking for a place to get away and disconnect with your clientele, Copper Harbor, Michigan could right likely be the place — we’re the perfect peaceful destination for a Yoga and/or Wellness retreat!

Located at the northernmost point of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula on the Keweenaw Peninsula, Copper Harbor provides visitors with amazing access to Lake Superior shoreline, inland lakes, and northern boreal forest with all the charm of a small, summer resort town. There are many pristine natural places to practice creative yoga outside, and large awesome rock formations jutting out from Lake Superior make for peaceful places to reflect and meditate. Additionally, the town park has a well maintained lawn that is lovely for yoga and other exercises.

With activities ranging from Lake Superior sea kayaking to in-land stand-up paddleboarding, sea kayaking and canoeing, there’s plenty opportunity to adventure and practice in and along the water. And for land activities, we offer guided eco-interpretive hiking and guided mountain bikingas well!

There are many friendly local mom’n’pop businesses, services and practitioners to incorporate into a retreat schedule, including two local massage practitioners that offer a variety of services including Swedish, Hot Stone, and Myofascial Release massages. Some other techniques include cupping, salt scrubs, and reiki. (see Golden Touch MassageSpirit of the North Wellness Center)

Our team is prepared to help you coordinate and host the best adventure for your practice!
